Broward County Schools uses Broward Single Sign-On (SSO) to allow teachers, students, and parents to access online resources from their school’s website without needing to log in with an individual username and password each time. Here’s how to log in to Broward SSO to sign up for your accounts so you can use the tools that will help you manage your child’s education in the classroom, check grades, and track assignments.
What is a School Service
A School Service is a customized set of web-based applications used to run the school’s information technology. A School Service can be hosted in the cloud and hosted on-premises by our hosting partner. Through this site, you have access to all schools that are using our application. Once you are logged in, you will see your name at the top right corner of the screen next to where it says Welcome.
Where do I find my school ID number?
Please click on the School Login link below to see a list of your schools. You can find your school ID number in one of two places:
(1) Under the school login column, it is listed next to your chosen school.
(2) if you have the blue navigation bar across the top, scroll down and it will be under Personal information. Once you find your school ID number, enter it into the blank box with a green plus sign.
How do I log in using my school ID?
When logging in using your school ID you will be prompted for your student ID and password. These two fields are self-explanatory. Type in your student ID and then type the password that was assigned to you by the District’s IT department.
Forgot Password? Don’t worry! You can use our website or mobile app and generate a new temporary password on the spot with just one tap or click of a button!
What if I forget my password?
If you forget your password, use the forgot my password link on the login page. Enter your username and email address, and you will receive an email with a link that you can use to change your password. Clicking on the link in the email takes you back to this screen where you can enter your new password twice. Then click change my password at the bottom of the page, and voila! You are now logged in!
Can I get help from an administrator?
Yes, administrators can provide access for their parents or students. Our help desk does not do this and cannot authorize accounts for you. You must follow the steps outlined in the process below: •Enter your login credentials into the Login Credentials box on the left-hand side of the screen •In your school name field enter BROWARD (without quotes) •Scroll down and click Search. If your school is listed, please click on it.
What if I can’t access my school account online?
If you are a parent or family member and are in need of help accessing your child’s account, please call the Broward County Schools’ Customer Service phone number at 954-716-2120. If you are a student and are having difficulties logging into your account, contact the school’s front office.
What if I forgot what my password was?
If you forgot your password and can’t remember what it was, we recommend contacting the school where you originally set up your account. There may be someone there who can help, even if the account has been closed for some time. However, it is always possible that their records have been lost or corrupted and that they are unable to help.

If you need help using their system, you can also contact them at 1-800-226-7332. You may find your answer by looking through the FAQs or glossary sections of this site.
