All the Details You Need to Know About Registering or Logging In to MyEnvoyAir

The second that the new school year starts and the weather cools down, I am already anxious to get back on my bike! But first, there’s one thing I have to do—register or log in to MyEnvoyAir! I found it super easy and took less than 5 minutes, so I thought I’d share all the details you need to know about registering or logging in to MyEnvoyAir with you! (If you haven’t registered before, make sure you read the entire post first!) Let’s get started!

What is MyEnvoyAir?

MyEnvoyAir is our student mobile application that lets you stay connected with your peers, family, teachers and friends from school. With MyEnvoyAir, you can post status updates, upload photos and videos, ask for feedback on assignments, book trips for next year’s field trips, and more!

What is required to get started on MyEnvoyAir?

We need your company name, tax identification number (EIN or SSN), and one primary contact information. We’ll also need a credit card for payment processing. Your information is always secure. The most secure way to enter your credit card is with a three-digit CVV number printed on the back of your card. Once you have completed this step, you will be taken to the Getting Started page. On this page, you can create a new organization or select an existing organization from our list by typing in its company name in the box. If you are registering a new organization, please include your main contact person’s email address as well as their phone number so we can get in touch if needed. When selecting an existing organization from our list, please use either the company name or the EIN number provided.

Where do I go to log in/register with MyEnvoyAir?

To register with us, visit our registration page, click Register Here and follow these simple steps:
1. Fill out the fields (making sure your e-mail address is accurate).
2. We’ll send you an email that contains a confirmation link.
3. Confirm your email address by clicking on the link in the email.
4. Check your inbox for a Welcome Message from MyEnvoyAir with instructions on how to create your account password and login credentials as well as answers to any questions you may have about using your account!

How do I create an account on MyEnvoyAir?

Registering on MyEnvoyAir is easy! Here’s what you need to do:
-First, sign in with your email address and password (don’t worry, we’ll create a password for you) -Next, enter your school ID number (not your passport number!) -Enter the name of your high school or university and click enter. -Click create an account when you’re done.


How do I log in on MyEnvoyAir if I’ve forgotten my password or never set up an account?

If you forgot your password, click on Forgot Password? in the Sign-In and Registration section of MyEnvoyAir. On that page, enter your email address and click on Send Me My Forgotten Password. Check your email inbox for a message from EnvoyAir with instructions on how to set up a new password. If you never created an account before, then you will need to create one now by clicking on New Account in the Sign-In and Registration section of MyEnvoyAir.


Once logged in, what can I do on MyEnvoyAir?

Whether you’re a new member or returning for another year, here are all the things you can do with your account:
1. Purchase (or renew) your membership with PayPal;
2. Update your billing information;
3. Check in and create expense reports; 2. View invoices; and
4. See what events are coming up!

How do I update my profile picture, height, weight, etc. on MyEnvoyAir?

First things first, you should check out your current profile to make sure it is accurate and up-to-date. You can easily change your height, weight, hair color, age, and even gender. Be as truthful as possible in this section so that when someone searches for you they get a good idea of what you look like.

Is there anything else I should know about using/logging into MyEnvoyair?

What should I do if I forget my password? If you can’t remember your password, click on ‘Forgot Password’ and enter your email address. Once you’ve done that, you’ll receive an email with a link to create a new password.
What should I do if I want to change my username? When you first sign up for a MyEnvoy account, the username is set by default based on your name and last name, but you’re free to change it later.
